My dissertation u= tilizes the strategic management and entrepreneurship literatures to develop and te= st hypotheses regarding the circumstances under which entrepreneurial behavior= by corporations is most effective.  More specifically, the dissertation examines the influence of top ma= nagement team demographic characteristics on the relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and economic performance in large corporations.<= /p>
